Frost DK: Mastery or Strength stacking?

Hey, I apologize if this topic isn't relevant here or whatever.
Just a quick question for my death knight brothers- what do you stack for overall dps/damage?
Strength or mastery? which is more important. some people tell me Strength because it makes you do more overall damage,
but I think mastery is better because it increases my frost damage by like 35%. Thats a ton of increase.

Would I be better off capping strength instead of mastery?

For DW you want to stack Str. It will gain you more of a increase per stat.

For 2H you want to stack Haste for gems and such for you get more value for it per stat.
