Quiet fan/Good airflow

The 2 120mm fans that I have in the top of my case are starting to sound very loud. They're pulling a good amount of air out of my case though. Does anyone have any suggestions for a 120 or 140mm fan with blue led for a replacement?

Currently using 2 http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...ue=Thermaltake

I normally don't buy anything from Radio shack but I was in a rush and they were the only shop close by that had what I was looking for.
