    Not really.

What speeds do you want, what city, population of the city, remoteness, etc.

Speeds? Anything better than http://www.speedtest.net/result/2455550990.png it says 5.0 down, but it's really 500 kbs. City- Simi Valley, Population- 130,000 Remoteness- I'd say it's suburban

Well, which isps are available, generally there's only 2-3 a city. Depending where you live you may only have one choice anyway. If it apartments, that may be the case. I see you have uverse, they can be either really good or very bad, going to depend on your loop length (tech support well be able to tell you that number) and if you have Uverse branded one, or there ipdsl service.
