Phased is a Horde Re-roll that will be beginning 03/15/13 on the US-Zul'jin Realm. If you answered yes to any of the above, I encourage you to read on!
The Skinny
Phased will be a new guild, forming on the realm Zul'jin on 03/15/13. The overall goal will be to not only raid in a semi-casual environment (yes, we will be looking to see content in a timely manner; no, we will not be tolerating ragers or elitists to see it downed) but to build a strong community of players as well. All members will be encouraged to use both vent and the guild forums actively to get to know the other players.
There will be a 0 Tolerance Policy where Drama is concerned. It ruins guilds and it ruins many people’s (usually the one causing it as well) ability to enjoy WoW. First and foremost, this is a game. If you aren’t having fun, you’re probably doing it wrong. :P
Leveling
RAF & BoAs will both be permitted, although only fresh toons will be invited to the guild. What this means for you?
Non-Pandaren, you must be level 1 to receive an invite.
For Pandaren, you must be level 12-16.
All DKs must be level 55.
*At this time, we will not be accepting transfers or pre-existing characters.*
Raiding
We will be taking a semi-casual approach to 10-Man raiding. As of now, the raid schedule will be Wed/Thurs, 8-11PM EST (7-10PM CST, 6-9PM MST, 5-8PM PST). Due to the fact that we are only going to be raiding 6 hours per week, this means that all raiders must be on time, repaired, and ready to maximize the limited time that’s being allotted for the content. The projected start date for raiding is April 10th. If there is a balanced group capped and raid ready, we will begin sooner.
We will be using Loot Council for the distribution of gear, utilizing the Raid Leader and any Officer present in the raid group.
Once the guild is established, we will be looking to provide repairs as well as flasks for raiders as well as enchants & gems, pending availability.
Recruitment
All classes are currently open and will remain so until 03/29/13. If there is an over-abundance of certain roles that are actively leveling, there is the possibility of limiting further acceptance during the 2 weeks that new recruits will be accepted.
*As of now, Officer and Raid Leader positions are OPEN. Previous experience is strongly desired.*
