How many Facebook friends do you have?

Some people I have seen with 2500, 700, 1500, 800, 900, and I just think... wow... you can't possibly talk to that many people. I went through my short list of 30 and cut it down to 19 people I actually talk to. Which I'm about to cut down to 15 that I like to talk to.

Been on and off the site over the years. I only go back because it's always cool to see what people have been up too. But overall I don't get what is so fascinating about the site. I message people, a few reply, most don't. Being ignored is very rude, so I say the hell with it. If I go back, again it will be because it's neat to see what people are up to in their lives.

Around 300 here, but currently in the process of purging "negative" people. If all you post about is how shit your life is, I'm sorry, you're off my list . When I browse Facebook on my phone, I really want a laugh about something stupid, not reading about how your other half doesn't appreciate you....

I still find it very useful to keep in touch with friends who moved away, or settled down so are not around socially as much. I also think it is still the best way to organise events / stag do's / birthday parties etc with little to no effort.
