Why is it so hard to find a Mythic raiding guild that isn't full of toxic people?

Obviously different guilds have different abilities with actual decks, but if you lived in Ravnica, which guild would you preside with, and why? For me, it's a toss-up between Azorius and Selesnya.

Mainly because i play black and white decks for 12 years or so now
