quests can't be heroic or epic. they can be zone quests, world event quests, class quests, dungeon quests, raid quests or legendary quests.

Think the OP means quests more like Benediction and the hunter bow/staff quest from MC.

I believe he meant like the Paladin and Warlock fast mount quests, or Hunter's Rhok'delar's quest.
