I think F2P/Preferred player do get some Tionese gear for free (or some Tionese Commendations to buy it in one quest) but even if we do or even if you buy this gear with credits, we still won't be able to wear it. F2P/Preferred players don't have Artifact Equipment Authorization, we can't wear any purple gear. Unfortunately, Artifact Equipment Authorization is one of the most expensive Cartel Market unlocks...

You don't get the recruit gear for free, you need to buy it. It also costs 25% more.

You can get the tionese gear comms, but it caps at 60. You can't equip the gear either unless you get the unlock, which is the most expensive unlock. GTN prices I see it for 500k to 8 million.

Columi Ear - 150k okayish, but black hole are better and not too expensive
Exo Belt - 150k not really worth it for 150k

Relics are sold for daily comms. 200 buy you decent ones, 300 bis.

The black hole Ear is selling for 1 Million.
Is that inflated? or normal price?

You get it for 30 or 35 bh comms; people paying credits I'm guessing are rich guys quickly equipping alts. The price is "normal" but they don't seem to sell too quickly and get relisted often, while rakata stuff for less than 130 or 140k moves almost immediately.

there are several level of black hole implants/ ear... some which can be only found in operations. What you can buy for black hole comms are mk-1, however they go up till mk-3 if I remember right.
