Trying to get free Windows 8 - student?

Okay, so I made a dreamspark account, verified I'm a student, then got an access code, went over to the MSDN website, used the access code to reduce the cost of subscription from $49 to 0, found the download page for Windows 8..and it's saying "There is no subscription associated with your Microsoft account" next to the download, where the download button should be. Wonderful.

Anyway, can anyone help me with this? Otherwise I'm gonna do what Chazus outlined here -

i would open a support ticket with microsoft then, there is no sense wasting $15 if there is only database issue
