I answered the question so it would apply to me, if the boyfriend was poking holes in condoms to get the girl pregnant. I made a joke answer, but I would hope ppl would choose a more legal response than violence. There also seems to be a lot of "what if the woman did something evil to you" threads around here.

I am glad. I am not the only one to notice that. Threads like "My Brother had his roommate have sex with her in exchange for lower rent" is disgusting and I'm pretty sure very illegal. Yet it has almost a hundred reply s to that thread.

The thread about "Boy sure this makes me want stop advocating Men's Right" is an exact mirror of this thread. Same question instead this time is hypothetical. There is even a thread about the "C word with females" however I post one thread hypothetically asking if congress would function more effectively as all females. Then they lose their mind commenting what a bad thread it is and how it sucks without even adding anything consecutive.

Just to recap it seems more friendly if you post about the Females doing something demented then if you posted about a male doing it. That's a little unfair but that's how it goes I suppose.

Thread would have been better if it was phrased as a gender neutral question, since men could just as easily poke a hole in their own condoms.

I find the "50% of women would lie about whose child they were carrying" and "42% would lie about birth control if they wished to become pregnant in spite of the wishes of their partner" to be very disquieting, however.

I refuse to believe that for an instant... that makes it sound as if half the women in the world are completely untrustworthy :S Question is, how many women did they survey? 2? 3? however many it took to get the results they wanted?

I also think the OP framed the question as female poking holes in condoms due to the vast majority of this forum being male populated? I dunno... but I answered the question from both perspectives, as if it were my BF poking holes in his condoms and if I were male and found my GF poking holes in the condom.

I wouldn't confront her right away but i would do whatever I could to get as much proof taht she did this.

Then I would talk to child services and make the claim that she is unfit to be a mother because of the above and make and effort get primary custody after the child is born.

Hmm. If sex is only consensual assuming there was an agreement that birth control was to be used, and then one party didn't use birth control as expected or else sabatoged it, then technically it could be rape or sexual assault because the sex may no longer have been truly consensual since the circumstances for the agreement were violated. Well, it could be rape outside of the US anyway. In the US it's hard to get a rape charge/conviction for mere lack of full consent, and force must usually be a factor.

It's a tricky area of law but probably should be bullet-proofed better considering the potential consequences--a lifetime of child support, STDs.

Secondly: Even i am tired of the previous thread... Only a very small portion of men/women would ever do something so stupid. If you get together with such a moronic person you deserve to suffer for the rest of your life.
