Army of Light Vs Burning Legion

Army of Light Vs Burning Legion

Who would win , Do we have anybody that can defeat Sargeras , or even Kil'jaeden the Deceiver

Who would step up and lead the Army of Light

  2. #2
Pretty sure that the Legion shits all over the army, otherwise TBC wouldn't have happened.

Isn't Anduin supposed to be the leader of "the Army of Light" when the time comes?

  4. #4
Let's just face it, if the Army were to lose, it'd be the end of WoW... Army will win.

  5. #5
How would Anduin Wrynn become strong enough to even be a leader of something that has to be as strong as a the burning legion . Something is either going to change Anduin Wrynn to become a strong priest

    Burning Legion, obviously.

Army of Light will win, but we're sure to see some deaths.

Sylvanas is obviously going to die at some point, whether in MoP or the next expansion. No one that psychotic and utterly selfish lives very long.

Velen will likely die/sacrifice himself. Hell, even some of the Naaru will die (or get at close as a Naaru can get to dying and darken)

I doubt WoW will end with this showdown though. WoW is still incredibly successful and analogously, it would be like Coca Cola ceasing business due to releasing their 'best drink yet' (hypothetically), despite being a highly successful business in general.

If ur talkin about the army of light from Velen's vision, with titans, naaru, dragons and azeroth races, it would be prety close, but as the game has to have a happy ending, good>evil, yeah we can chill out we've got this

This is actually an interesting thought... we know there will be one in the future, but it's possible that the naaru have been rallying races to their cause for thousands of years under the banner of an Army of Light. Who knows how many battles on how many fronts have been fought, or are being fought now?

Who knows what kind of allies an expansion would bring to our side? The naaru could turn up with all kinds of brand new neutral races from all over the universe who want to join the cause of one faction or another.

Given that every single coalition against the forces of evil has resulted in total victory for us (Ashen Verdict, Shattered Sun Offensive, etc.), I'm inclined to think the BL will crash and burn in a similar manner.

Realistically we probably don't stand much of a chance against the Burning Legion, but fortunately for us adventurers I doubt the Gan'arg or Tothrezim have developed weaponry sharp enough to cut through the Army of the Light's dazzling plot armour.

    Army of Light.

The Horde and Alliance will squash the Legion like bugs, just like we did with the Scourge, DW, Mogu etc. All "villains" since the start of WoW have felt like incompetent antagonists and empty threats.

Army has plot armor even before it is formed. Its obvious.

Army of light. Reason ? Such a cumulation of bad writing and mary sues in one spot will cause all members of burning legion to develop brain tumor and die short after.
And then a beautifull rainbow will show up at horizon.

I dunno, Blizzard has always been reluctant to kill characters, I personally thought Jaina should have died, not rohnin, but they were afraid to kill that character

Well, let's see what we would have at our disposal. We would have the entire armies of the horde and alliance, we would have the entire naaru army, we would have all of the dragons, and the aspects, still quite powerful, we have the pandaren bell, and access to terminals that can create entire armies. We have the aldor and scryers. We have ice giants. and some speculate we even have the armies of the undead under the command of Bolvar fordragon, not to mention Sylvanass' plague that an wipe out legions. You also have to consider that this is one of the few planets with a massive amount of magic at our disposal. Wrathion thinks we can use the pandaren mini WoE, and that...

Oh, we have the LoA, and all other forms of the loa. And titans... maybe

There were no Titans in Velens crappy vision. Army gets drowned by void sucking slain Naaru and Legion wins the day. Then the Titans unleash a supernova on them and annihilate them outright.
