hey guys. i have two questions, both concerning losing weight.
1. does the amount of water you consume matter? assuming your diet is good and you exercise, does it matter whether you think more water than you "need" ? does it matter if i drink an extra bottle of water or two a day? will it make me not lose as much weight, or put on extra unnecessary weight?
2. i hear talk of "if you starve yourself you actually become fatter" and i think this coincides with eating 4-5 small meals a day. is that true? lets say i dont eat anything until 2-4 PM (waking up at 6-7), but i still am eating healthy food in small portions for a diet, will i gain weight?
