Texture Not Working Right?

I'm having this really weird effect on my background texture now (See targetted unit.)
Any idea what is causing it, and how I can fix it and get rid of the white outline on the background texture?

I little bit off topic, but i highly suggest you download the addon "Badboy" which blocks ads in the chat window. I forgot how horrible all that spam used to be....

I feel like trade chat would be eerily quiet without all the spam..
