The one that counts all the buffs and says 8/8 if you're fully buffed,
Well yeah mine is gone and I have no idea how to get it back,
Any wise person out there who knows what may be causing it?

Game Menu -> Interface -> Buffs and Debuffs -> Check Consolidate Buffs
