Mod to announce raid CD usage

I used to have /in (Slash In) to announce when I used Rallying Cry, my Banners, and Shattering Throw. I had /in 10 /s Rallying Cry faded! for example. Is there another mod that can serve this purpose? It's broken recently whenever I enter a raid, it works outside of one, my guess is something to do with Big Wigs, and the way it announced raid debuffs on you in chat, but I'm not absolutely sure how to fix it.

I've tried WakeSpams with no success, and I know about GetBannered/Shattered etc. but I want to have all of it consolidated into a single mod, not four or five separate ones. Thanks for the help. <:
