Also will I need to switch over all my crit from to haste if I do chose the fist weapons?

I decided to look at EJ after I posted this (smart right) and seemed to figure it out
Only question left is how much haste should I get, 4-5k like they say then the rest crit or what
To do this should I re-gem and reforge my crit to haste or is that a DPS loss
