As a Male, I definitely would like to know the other side of the coin for a day, if I had a girlfriend who changed gender with me that would be quite a night for both of us.

Would be nice to know what it is like to have sex as the opposite gender, but I probably wouldn't be able to bring myself to screw an actual dude knowing full well I would remember it.

I would probably spend the majority of the day playing video games.

It would be interesting to try out how differently people treat females
in video games. I'm pretty sure people wouldn't get as mad if I'd miss
a stun or die in a fire if I'd have cute girly voice.

Me I would want to get into the female psyche, understand how they think. 24 hours isn't nearly enough, but something is better then nothing. But i'd avoid any sexual activities in that 24 hours.
