    AMD Catalyst 13.2 beta drivers

AMD Catalyst 13.2 beta drivers have been released. This makes improvements mainly to Skyrim, Borderlands 2, Guild Wars 2. It also addresses the frame latency spikes as well for those games.

This is actually coming out a fair bit faster than I expected. So uh... kudos to AMD/ATI for.. fixing something in a timely manner?

This might fall under the "No advertisement" category.

Might want to re-think the title.

it took them 10 months to come out with drivers that brought them up to the point to actually compete with nvidia. too little too late.
    Milk was a bad choice.

    What are you on about?

The 7xxx could already compete with the 6xx serie. The drivers just made them better.

This specific driver is aimed at the latency issue with (some) people are having with certain games with their 7xxx cards. So now we just have to wait for other games.

Good riddance because Borderlands 2 is running like shit on my 7850 Crossfire setup, and it was running great before they added in the last content patch.

Massive boost in DMC, even though it plays really well already! When I ran without V-sync it was well over 120fps as it is... Unfortunately I don't even have a 120Hz monitor.

The latest drivers didn't improve Borderlands 2 THAT much. There is less of a latency problem in Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt DLC, but it still lags like a bastard when I was running it at max aside from PhysX prior to the DLC. Gearbox needs to fix the bloody game, they rushed the DLC out the door and it's got glitches galore to boot.

Amazing how any 2 competing products create so much fan boyism. Only just got into pc gaming and this shit looks worse than ps3/xbox360/pc, still entertaining to read i guess :P. Guess il install it when i get DMC, up to 50% improvement is a lot 0.0
