[PvP] Effective use of solar beam, vortex, roots etc.

Just been sitting here thinking about Boomkins in PvP and how fun last season was especially in RBGs. Then I started to think about the most effective uses for Solar Beam, Vortex, Roots etc. I mean, I've seen people randomly using beam with nothing else so I thought up a bit of a rotation, is there anything that should be changed to make it stronger?

Wait for instant Starsurge proc
Refresh DoTs, Roots, Beam, CDs, Instant Starsurge, Vortex (roots will break as you launch your Starsurge because of DoT ticks), hardcast from there.

Surely that's enough to solo a healer or dps (providing the healer is CC'd or LoSing).
