If what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. Then I should be a god by now.
Playing games? Not much at all, perhaps the lowest of low settings.Integrated NVIDIA GeForce 9200 graphics
The GPU in that computer is a 5 year old entry level media card.

Intel i5-3570K @ 4.7GHz | MSI Z77 Mpower | Noctua NH-D14 | Corsair Vengeance LP White 1.35V 8GB 1600MHz
Gigabyte GTX 670 OC Windforce 3X @ 1372/7604MHz | Corsair Force GT 120GB | Silverstone Fortress FT02 | Corsair VX450
If it's for $700, you could get a much better gaming system built. Do you have options, or is it "You get this or nothing"
Everything in that computer is 5 years old or more. No it won't play WoW or LoL.
Assuming you can spend this much, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intel-Core...item27cf417aa2
Don't normally buy computers off ebay but it'll be better than any pre built garbage on the internet except those pro websites that actually offer to build you the computer with the parts you choose. That computer would play most games on high/ultra, i use i5 3570k and asus 2gb gtx 660 ti and can run every game i've tried at ultra.
If thats too much heres another, you will need to buy and attach your own cheap graphic card even a £50 card would allow high settings on WoW (just an example) like: xfx 5770 hd or xfx 6770... Ram isnt that great since it's 1333mhz and way overkill at 16gb, but the build is still far better for gaming i.m.o, just an example of what to look for tbh,

EDIT: linked the websites assuming building your own is out of the question.
