[H] <Post Mortem> 15/16 Heroic 25M LATE NIGHT! 12hr Raid Week

Greetings!
We are looking for a few talented raiders to help us close out this tier and compete for server 1st Heroic Sha!

Raiding Schedule:
Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday from 8:30pm to 11:30pm PST

Recruiting Needs:
Current Needs:
High: (2 healers) Holy Paladin, Resto Druid, Resto Shaman
High: Hunter
High: (1 tank) Protection Paladin/Guardian/Brewmaster prefered, but open to Blood DK and Prot War as well.
Medium: (1-2 melee) WW, Ret, Warrior
Low: (1 Ranged DPS): Any Class
Server: We are Horde side on US-Kilrogg. It is a rather old and stable server, medium population. It is a PvE server in the Los Angeles Data Center.

Loot System:
Current loot system is EPGP/Loot Council hybrid.

As our goal is to complete end-game content as quickly as possible. Loot is a means to an end, and that end is progression and accomplishment. We are not here to play dress-up; we do not like greedy people. Loot is for progression purposes, and will be treated as such.

Our Environment:
Our raid, vent, and guild chats often contain harsh language, off-color jokes, and sexual content. You will also need to be comfortable with receiving constructive criticism from both the officers and your fellow guild mates. This may include comments on your spec, gem choices, talent choices, etc. Everyone makes mistakes, but, expect to be called out when you're the one making them. This goes for everyone in the guild, not just the recruits. We try to maintain an enjoyable gaming environment, but if you are easily offended, or not receptive to criticism, then this guild is not for you.

Behind on Gear:
Ideally, we are recruiting people to immediately come into raid to have an impact. These recruits should have at least 9/16HM's killed and close to 500 ilvl.
However, we are also recruiting these roles for next tier. If you feel that you have exceptional skill, but are behind on progression and gear, you can still apply. In the up coming week or 2 however, we will be doing a heavy push on H-Sha, and unlikely to run very much farm content. We do still run 10M MSV on Friday/Saturday offnights.

Im only 4/16Hm but would love to chat with u guys. Brewmaster and really my progression would be farther ahead but every time our guild recruits 1 we lose 2 and cant seem to actually raid every week.
