Why do you keep on making new threads for every question?

There is no way to tell what needs to be upgraded without knowing what you currently have.

some games use a lot of CPU, but on average GPU > CPU, the motherboard is fine as soon as you don't plan overclocks and/or need special plugs

RAM come after and also SSD if you have to reload often; for example i change parts on my UI really often and having 3-4 second /rl is amazing
    CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K @ 4.8GHz
    Motherboard: Asus P8Z68 Deluxe
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws-X 2x4GB 1600Mhz
    VGA: XFX Radeon HD 6990
    Drive: 1 x OCZ Vertex 3 240Gb + 1 x WD Caviar Black 1TB
PSU: Corsair AX850W Case: Cooler Master HAF X CPU Heatsink: Noctua NH-D14
