I hate these casual Fridays ruining it for real Fridays.
Yeah, got the attention you needed from the world, can we move on?

Discussing moderation is against the rules and makes a post liable for an infraction. Please report problem posts instead of responding to them. If anyone is unclear about the rules please read our FAQ. Thanks.
Sturgeon's Law states that 90% of everything is crap. When posting try and be in the 10% once in a while. It makes it better for everyone. First rule: Post about the topic, not about one another.
7 million or lower

Why should it really matter? Will you quit playing if the subscription numbers drop?
"There are fewer than ten million people playing WoW, therefore it is no longer cool to do so."
More importantly: Can I have your stuff?
And, for what it's worth: 500k drop. No more, no less, and most of those will come back for 5.2.

Who cares seriously..people need to stop making threads like these.
Meh, if they do, they do if they dont, they dont
It's funny, when subscriptions rise, the fanbois create hundreds of "LOOK, NUMBERS ARE RISING, AWESOME!!!" threads and when they drop, they say that those numbers don't indicate anything and that it does not matter at all.
2008: the total MMO competition stood at 2.000.000 subscriptions..
2013: WoW stands around 10.000.000 subs. (no way this winter saw a drop)
2013: the total MMO competition stands at 600.000 subscriptions, the rest went free to play and most are on life support.
Oh and of those 600k subscribers above almost 500k come from EvE, a NON fantasy based game and the ONLY ones left with a decent subscription number. The situation in SUBSCRIPTIONS for those other games is SO bad, the MMO tracking subscription sites STOPPED tracking as there is nothing to track anymore these days...
Tldr: We won.

EvE doesn't have 500k, it has 200k at most.
