Ok, so it isn't really a game, but still perhaps fun.
Once I learned about the monk, I was very excited. I was even more excited to hear the spec names. They could have gone with generic names like Protection and Restoration for the tanking and healing trees, but they chose to give them names with a bit more character and flavor related to their lore. I have always thought that it would be neat to have all spec names be more unique and lore related. So take the class you play and rename their specs to make them more interesting. Obviously some of the spec names are fine, no need to change it drastically or at all if you think its great the way it is, but perhaps tweak them a bit if you think it would be beneficial. Remember in this hypothetical situation you aren't changing anything about gameplay, you are only changing the name of the specs.
I'll start: I play a shaman. Instead of Elemental/Restoration/Enhancement, I would name the specs Elementalist/Hydromancer/Augmenter (not totally sold on this one, enhancement seems to be harder to think of names for).
