Depends on what you like...cutesy little pop songs, or more hip hop or electro? Do you like girl bands and boy bands or both?

Considering your avatar I'd say you've already tried SNSD. I tend to like hip hop/electro stuff, so I'd recommend:

Kpop: 4minute, 2ne1, f(x), Lee Hi
Jpop: Perfume, FLOWER

No one else recommended 2ne1, looks like Anakso riled them up by hating on Blackjacks...I'll link some.

Lollipop was the first Kpop song I ever heard, that or Haru Haru by big bang not sure.
That was a while before I got into kpop, I didn't get into Kpop until re-discovering it ages later when I found RDR

9Muses : all MVs but you could probably skip "No Playboy" it's not as good as the others
Brown Eyed Girls : Kill Bill is a must

Girl's Day : most MVs, there are some you will probably skip (like the first one one the list) but most are good.

Speaking of rock songs, sort of, try J-min, she mostly sings in Japanese but has some Korean songs and is Korean heh. That's one of her Korean songs.

Yea the song is great, but I can't get enough of MVs like that.
I 'think' and don't quote me on this as we do have some people that don't like many boy groups at all, but I think Mig is the only person that hates Super Junior. Me and BHD both love them at least! They're great
