I said Son Dam Bi because she is more rapish like CL/2NE1 than the rest. Like BoA which i mention too. (But not as much rapish than CL but more than the others)

Thanks for the suggestions. I watched/looked up all of them to try to get an idea of what I would like this morning.

4minute and 2NE1 I like alot...loved 4minute since the first time I saw them. SNSD goes both ways but I like more songs than I dislike I think.

From the suggestions, I think I'll look up more Evol, Rania, Son Dam Bi and Sistar. I only like a few After School and f(x) songs, Crayon Pop was about 1000x too happy/cutesy for me, and the rest were kind of meh. I tried to Youtube BOA but even on their official channel a lot of the songs the audio is all screwed up on...it's either all scrambled or not even there. I seriously though my headset died on me.

I might like more hip hop-ish stuff, I think.

Yesterday afternoon was epic for me...I got my fiance to watch a few K-pop videos by telling him Psy had a new song out and making him watch it, then making him watch the video it came from originally, then making him watch the new CL video when he said something about the rapping in the Brown Eyed Girls video. :P

Maybe he won't make fun of me anymore now...ha!

BoA is amazing, but not sure if it's your type of music. You might like Lazer and Hurricane Venus though.

You're right, I think...Hurricane Venus was good though.

I already had those two songs added to my last.fm to listen to. I've been playing this Facebook game called SongPop and when I bought the Kpop category and started challenging other people to it, it became quickly apparent to me how much I needed to learn. :P Really good though for finding songs I might like.

Not sure if you meant for me...looked but not my thing. I don't even usually listen to many ballads/slow songs in American music (except when I used to listen to Country and even then I usually liked the more upbeat songs), for some reason I can't listen to the Korean ones at all.

You're right I never saw the first one either...it's okay. I get confused when Sohyun has short hair. :P Always makes me think it's Jiyoon until I see her face closer.

The second one was cute. Wish I could see the English translation for that bit..haha.
