Amber-Shaper Un'sok heroic fixed or not?

Did Amber-Shaper hc get fixed (skipping p2+p3), or is it still possible to do this?

If not, would strats are the easiest/best one?

you have to get to p3 to kill the boss
you can still use the strat to burn the boss down to 1sh%
there are about a dozen different strats, would depend on your raid group
