Your build looks pretty good. Might want to get a bigger HDD if you're going to record stuff (1TB WD Caviar Black is good). Don't forget a case, NZXT Source 220 or 210 Elite, Corsair 300R/400R, Fractal Design Arc midi and R4 are my suggestions, depending on how much you wanna spend. Those suggestions are $50-100.

    Change the RAM to these:

    G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146083 is that the case you mentioned?
Yep that's a pretty decent budget case.

Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB

Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB

I would take the Black drive unless those $15 is make or break for your budget.

Lastly if you want to do some light/medium overclocking at some point I recommend an aftermarket CPU heatsink:

    XIGMATEK Gaia $30

Decent cooling and noise level, much better than stock and fairly cheap.

Notarget, what would you say about the Asus 660ti ($250) vs Gigabyte ($284)?
