Which trinket should be used

Hello Guys,

I've recently thought of which trinket should I be choosing between these 2

or
http://www.wowhead.com/item=86792(45 ICD)
I can see the difference between these two is ~1000 INT and ~200 haste. The thing regarding the one which requires to be used is that i can control better when to activate it for example during execution phases like when I use DS/BL/Hero or anything like this.

I think Cosmos+Relic are the best combo.
Not sure tho...

Use Light of the Cosmos, as affliction you should theoretically have a 44% up time on its proc (45 second ICD, 20 second duration, 25 seconds of downtime)

yeah, relic and LoTc is the way to go until you have access to the heroic versions of LoTc and EoT.

for affliction LoTC definatley. probably shock charger medallion for demo though - i think that demo values on-use trinkets very highly and demo doesnt have enough dot's to proc LoTC reliably.
