H <Relinquished> - Kazzak EU | Recruiting for new core team after server transfer.

About us:
Relinquished is a recently transferred guild on EU Kazzak. We transferred away from Burning Steppes EU due to problems with finding competent raiders. Originally called Valorous, it was founded in 2008 during Wrath of the Lich King. Trying to get rid of our "social attitude" we tried pushing ourselves on Burning Steppes, but unfortunately we couldn't find the right members to meet our expectations. We aim to starting to raid 3 nights a week, hoping to get in good shape with 5.2 coming up. To achieve that, we need more people to fill our roster of experienced raiders.
Thursday used to be our "extra" day, to be used whenever we got close to a kill or wanted to get some more hours in on raids.

What we expect from you:
- Must be able to attend 90% of raids.
- Experienced player, previous raid experience is a must.
- Working on your character outside of raid times to ensure it is at the best it can possibly be for raiding.
- Up to date with your class and spec. We expect you to know what to do.
- Able to learn from mistakes, and be able to take criticism when you make them.
- Over 18. (Exceptions can be made if we see fit)
In return, what you can expect from us:
- Fast, efficient raiding 3 nights a week and plenty of time off.
- A nice tight-knit core group with experienced players.
- Experienced members who know what to do, when to do it, and what to do after
- "We get knocked down, but we get up again." We don't get discouraged easily, we keep going until we succeed.
- A fair loot council. We all know how horrible it is to get bummed out on loot because someone has "more dkp" or things like that.
- A well-managed guild bank supplying the guild for the progression content.
- Experienced, fair, friendly and fun group to spend your time with
