So I'm planning on building a new PC and I found some parts for it. Some general info/questions as well.

HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATAIII 6Gb/s 16MB Cache 3.5
Case : Cooler Master RC-430-KWN1 Elite 430 Midi Tower
PSU : Corsair TX650V2 Enthusiast Series 650W TX ATX/EPS 80
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 660 SC 2GB GDDR5
CPU : Intel 3rd Generation Core i7-3770K CPU (4 x 3.50GHz)
RAM : Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3
Motherboard : AsRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Motherboard

I also need a monitor (or 2, depending on how cheap they are and if I can manage dual monitors)

Budget is around 1000-1200 euros. I'm from Cyprus if that's of any help

How easy is it to build a PC ?
-I've only seen videos and will get some help from friends, but I'm not really experienced with these kind of stuff.

How much will it cost to get someone to build the PC for me ?
-Just in case I won't manage

- Random steam games

guess ill use partpicker based from amazon.uk aswell to do some min/maxing of the budget.
also you don't need an OS or any other peripherals beyond monitor(s) right?
also the subject of overclocking the cpu an option?

edit: for 50 euro im pretty sure any tech shop would help you out.(or a techy with too much free time looking for some easy money)
however building self is like oversized lego these days.

Apparently I'll be needing an OS as well (Unless I can use the notsolegal one)

I think I'll be staying with the 500gb HDD, since I have a 280gb right now and have 150gb free. Also is the Ti version that much better ?

I'm not sure how much rendering you are planning to do, but if you are willing to spend £70 extra I guess it is quite a bit. With 500GB of space you will run out very fast if you record a lot of footage.
You also want at least 2 hard drives if you are going to Fraps, you want a drive to record to that isn't the same as your game and operating system is run from.

Also the Z68 motherboard doesn't support Ivy Bridge CPUs out of the box so you would need to update the BIOS before you can even get a picture on the monitor. I would suggest you pick a Z77 motherboard to avoid any issues like that.
