It's probably Blizz setting up the lore for the terran trying to control Kerrigan in order to gain control of the zerg (or at least trying to).

What it is specifically is not known. I feel 99.9% comfortable in saying that it's Starcraft 2 related, and it's probably Blizz setting up the lore for the terran trying to control Kerrigan in order to gain control of the zerg (or at least trying to).

I say 99.9% because Dominion is mentioned several times, we have the background logo of a clearly terran influenced unit, and pictures of bugs/zerg. However, I didn't find anything that officially say Starcraft 2.

Only the URL says it's part of the SC2 portion of battle.net. Although that might be a diversion.

Emperor Mensk is talked about, and it is in the sc2 section of Battle.net. It is clearly Starcraft related.
