Thanks for all the suggestions. I picked up InFamous 1 and 2. When I beat those I'll probably try God of War (never played any of them so I'll be getting the saga and play from #1 first). Also Uncharted seems like it is a very favored game, haven't played since the first one's demo. Anyways I can't wait until "The Last of Us" and "GTA V" although I think GTA V would be on the PS4 rather than the PS3 since it would literally be pushing the boundaries of the PS3.
