Do you do professional video editing and or large multi thred tasks, if not i7-3770k isn't all that useful over an i5-3570k.
16gb of ram is pure eye candy factor unless you encode a lot though ram is cheap so why not I guess.
Might want to consider a WD blue over the seagate barracuda.
Your spending near 1900 on a computer don't try save 30 on the gpu getting an oem style heatsink, gigabyte windforce or saphire would be my recommendations.

I'll actually look at a build with pc part picker shortly see if that price sounds about right.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    Memory: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($39.00 @ Amazon)

To leave the build mostly the way you had it with a few minor tweaks, you could save a few bucks by dropping back the monitor you had before.

I would drop the 680 and get a 670 msi lightning or asus dc2. you wont need the 850 watt power supply more like a 650 watt of the same version. The monitor you linked is fine. Go with a I5 the 3750k is what you would want.

The 650 is modular as well I know because I have the corsair version of the same PSU.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...easonic%20x650 650w fully modular and will run any single card.

At $10 bucks less and meaning a psu upgrade is needed for sli, whats the point?

    Hey, slasher0161

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated.

Well, I think I need the i7 since I'm not only using the desktop for gaming, I'm planning to do some video editing and this probably needs a better processor than the i5.

What do you think of the Asus version of gtx680? Because many people recommend it.

Im planning to spend 2100$ on this computer because that money came to me as a gift from my father. So I want to use it wisely.
Any idea on what should I do to get this monster to work on its full potential?

I mean, how is the motherboard? Is there anything better? The sound card?
Keep in mind that I'm planning to get another gtx 680 in the future for SLI because I'm planning to get 3 monitors as well.

What kind of cooling is needed for super overclocking the CPU and GPU?

Imagine if you have 2100$ dollars, what would you build in order to enjoy high graphic games like Battlefield or Crysis3?

    Thank you, so much!
