Does zen meditation make your arena partner's immune to casted cc's; e.g. cyclone, fear, sheep? If so, does it transfer that cc to you, in addition is the cc 90% time reduced?

Nope, it's basically a big 3 min cd saying "use one cc on anyone and i break"

I find it to be the most useless def cds in the monk arsenal
