Problem is, I beat the raid in 2 weeks. 2 weeks which involved leveling up 20 levels, with the equivilent of a BoA heirloom that gave me more experience. I hit max level before i even finished the expansion. I got to the highest light level I could and beat the raid the after it was beat for the first time, and I was in a pug. It's great that it's accessible, but the main issue is that you can get all this gear, all these exotics, but you can't do anything else with them. It's almost identical to the problem in wow, but you have nothing else to farm as none of it really matters to anything.

That's the thing, for alot of people the hunt for loot is enough reason to play (main reason I played for awhile) but I get that not everyone finds the loot grind fun.

Yeah, like the difference in wow is one there's more boss fights, 2 i feel better when i kill a boss in wow than i do in destiny. It's almost like doing a dungeon instead of a raid ya know?

I've been enjoying the new balance changes in Crucible for the most part. I wish they hadn't coped out so hard when it came to actually adjusting warlocks though.

What exactly happened to warlocks? Think I'm going to just pick up the legendary version of TTK while the division gets its shit together. Will probably just play my hunter anyways but, I heard something about warlock changes.

Viodwalker got some buffs, Sunsinger and Stormcaller got some nerfs, save for ToF + VF.

It's odd. All three void classes are technically the best for most situations now. All depends on spec and which exotic armor perk you bring along.

Edit: Just got Lord of Wolves year 2. Thing hasn't changed AT ALL* since year one. Yummy.



*Except a minor pve buff increasing the distance the regen aura reaches. Very minor.

Anyone else think that the Challenge of Elders was extremely easy? I Feel that the light level recommendation was a bit high for it, 3 of us were 308-311 range and we melted thru it

Yeah all of them have been really easy really. Don't think they were made to be difficult; a little unfortunate for those who want the actual challenge. Just to be accessible to all - which they very much succeeded in.

Depends on the modifiers. But i found CoE to be easier than the level 41 version. Which is odd.

At least I got a fast way to get some higher level weapons and armor.

Loving the new PoE armor remakes, with the added chroma it looks so much cooler than the originals.

I'm pretty happy that the raid they are gong to use is pretty much already done.

On another note, decided to play some destiny last night, updates took about an hour. In that time I lost interest in playing. Not sure how I feel about that tbh.

If it is paid content, I will be waiting to see if A: My friends get it, and B: If it really is going to be any good.

Activision is on my Do Not Buy list. The only way I will be forced into it, is if my entire friends list is playing it, and I am desperate for multiplayer interaction.
