The dom offensive one. Or the trinket dropped by Elegon, I think would be more useful.

Last night on Heroic Elite Protectors 10m my Heroic EoT didn't proc until 10 seconds after my initial opener which is a crazy amount of harmful spells casted. That trinket can at times be insanely good or complete crap.

-Def. go with the Dom. Offensive trinket.
