Malevolent weapon in 5.2

Hi! sorry if it as been post before but i cant find it,
will we be able to buy the malevolent weapon in 5.2 in honor ?

my main spec is resto shamy in pvp and i wanted to try out enh, but before i want to know if i should buy my weapon before 5.2 or they will be available after

they will be "weaker" since you cant upgrade them

I think only gear will be weaker, not weapons. And as above said they will be indirectly weaker since you can't upgrade, but not as weak as the gear which be slightly nerfed.
