Anywhere I can find updated Spell Coefficients?

Found some on wowpedia from Patch 3.2 and such, which isn't helpful. Was just wondering if there were updated notes somewhere.

They're pretty much baked into the tooltips now.

Any of the major spell databases e.g wowhead or even mmoc's spelldb will have the coefficients liste in the spell's tooltip.

WoWhead and/or WoWdb

Personally, I use the two to be sure. WoWdb is a little more quick in update but WoWhead has more useful comment (or not).
Be careful for PTR data.
