how the hell to use the search box ??

when i type something in the search box i get hunderds of other topics except for the one i was looking for. seriously what is it for if it doesnt do the thing its made for ?

i typed in 'the witcher 2' keyword
thats what i got

The search function doesn't work they might as well remove it.

Try surrounding your keywords in double quotes for different results or type "mmo champion" followed by your keywords into Google.

When you search by default it looks not only in thread titles but also in posts for the words you are typing in. If you are looking for specific threads your best bet would be to go to advanced search and there is a drop down box where you can tell it to check thread titles only.

Don't use the generic box at the top; that searches all posts in all threads in all forums. Limit it by forum. Use an advanced search to get threads with those keywords JUST in the title, for instance.

Click search with an empty search box to get to advanced search. Or in a particular forum or thread, use 'search forum' or 'search thread' buttons near the top of the posts/threads, and you can go do either regular or advanced search from there.
