I doubt it. Blizz made Shadowmourne as a way to give people something similar to Frostmourne, but not outright giving them frostmourne as a legendary. It's not following a pattern, shadowmourne was usable by non dks, and frostmourne itself long predates the three dk talent trees. I doubt we'll see another 'mourne' weapon, especially since they've already done the lobstmourne parody.

It's impossible to tell what they had in mind at the time. No matter how unlikely it is, we can't just say it's not following a pattern, because we don't know for sure. They could also just add a Bloodmourne and say, hey, it works !

lore fact: frostmorune was a DK runeblade wielded by THE DK Arthas. lore fact: shadowmorune was a runeblade forged by deathkinights to be able to counter frostmorune.

Lore theory: " bloodmorune " would be forged using the other two to form a true counter part to the runeblade Ashbringer.
there are many theories about " Bloodmorune " but no blizz confirmed facts.

Blizzard hasn't said anything about it because the idea was just thought of and thus hasn't poped anywhere before this thread was opened.

While it's POSSIBLE blizz will on day make a 'bloodmourne' they have given NO indication that there is any sort of pattern going on here. Besides, it's SHADOWmourne not Unholymourne. "Bloodmourne" is unfounded speculation, and if people want to speculate that's fine, but nobody should be asserting that there's a pattern or that there IS an idea for Bloodmourne in lore or the writer's heads.
