WW "wanna be" Barb needs gear list

Please tell me the cheapest possible items I shall buy to make my barb WW Inferno Farming machine.
I have just returned to D3, played for like maybe 3h total since patch 1.0.7 and farming gold on Hell mp3 isn't a good way:P
I know WW build so ignore that I have HoTA skills atm.

+ 29,5% Crit chance
+ 100% Crit damage
432 Life per hit
3% Life Steal
130-157 resistances unbuffed
26747 dps unbuffed

WW barb should not cost you more than 8mil to easily farm Inferno MP1-2.

Just gear for:

-At least 40% crit
-At least 280% crit damage
-At least 500 resist all
-At least 30k HP
-Ofc, lots of str/vit
-A bit of lifesteal as well
-For weapons, get one with either LoH or lifesteal as well as crit damage, and the offhand weapon, get one with high strength, crit damage and a socket for crit damage gem.

You should be around 70-80k dps with self buffs, for starters.

Useful sets/legendaries:

-IK set. Go for helmet/gloves/belt, belt especially for the life steal. The chest is very expensive though, and the boots are a little expensive as well. If you can't afford the boots, just get 200+ str Firewalkers.
-Echoing Fury. Get one with str+socket and put a crit damage gem in it. This will be a massive DPS increase because of the +hits per second it gives, buffing your tornadoes and WW hits. However, these can be a bit expensive.

Wasn't Echoing Fury nerfed a while back? I'm wondering if I should get one...
And I think you need to use it in off-hand so you don't proc fear as often (or at all?), right?

Thanks alot for the help, so far I have bought some items and it's better.
I will buy myself some gold for €, the cost of gear will be like 1 beer at the pub ...
