Mouseover Action Bars

Hey, just wondering, does anyone know of an addon that enables the default action bars to be mouseover?

Supposebly there was an addon called MouseOver, but that has been out of date for a couple of years.

its possible to do it using macros, if you are interested I can log into WoW and copy the ones I use.

If you mean make them only show when you mouse over them, Bartender does that.

If you just want your spell to be usable on mouse over, simple macro already cover that.

Yeah but bartender messes up my ui, so i'm looking for a standalone addon/addon that isn't bartender, to do it.

I'm not sure if it's still going, but perhaps Kong UI Hider?

It sounds like it would be the right addon. There doesn't happen to be a guide for it is there, seems extremely confusing to me from first look/play around.
