i live in las vegas so im going to edc all weekend, met some canadian chicks last night, hanging out with them again tonight, and cooking them some dinner tomorrow. man i love edc

Since I just turned on my computer i'll answer now. I'm a waiter and the place I work at does weddings on the weekends sometimes, so you get a normal shift plus a wedding thrown on to it.

Weddings are pretty obnoxious to serve. Not to mention that you've already been there for like 8 hours before the thing even starts.

eh it's not that bad. I haven't really had any really angry/obnoxious people to serve. But ya, getting a wedding right after a normal shift is pretty grueling. We do get a nice little bonus though.

I don't envy it. You get to work with a lot of people that can be obnoxious for no real reason and that alone would be a deal breaker for me if I was in a job.

It doesn't always happen, sure, but meh. I'm one of those that wants to avoid problems and unnecessary things. Lol.

But I'm sure it's quite great and fun if your clients are really great and not stupid.

I find it pretty boring to be honest. I don't mind the manual labor that is involved in closing/opening or any of that, but the job is by no means challenging or difficult. Sure it is when you are learning it, but you aren't ever presented with problems that require some actual thinking and what not to solve. It's a very simple job, which is what I needed. It really puts into perspective why I am going to college.

People think cigarettes gives a person a cool look, it does but I still hate it because it's not healthy.
