Gm's read MMO-C. DO they? Apparently YES!

So I keep seeing this guy Araxom , which is marked as a Blizzard GM on MMO-C? How is that even possible? Is it for real? I asked in several threads in which he replied, but no one told me anything.
Is he really a Blizzard GM? I don't want to die stupid and I MUST KNOW!!! xD
