    Twist of fate

    After damaging or healing a target below 20% health,
    you deal 15% increased damage and healing for 10sec.

    my question is if those 10sec are over and im on a boss and he is still under 20% and i hit it again
    do i get that buff again or is it once a fight?

    it gets refreshed everytime the conditions to proc are verified no icd or similar stuff

    As long as you do damage to a mob (or heal someone) that is below 20% the buff refreshes.

    rerolling Spriest to benefit guild like it alot but also alot to learn since i have always been a melee
