From a story standpoint, they fit in the WoW lore. But that doesn't mean I like them, they're horrible actually. They're the race I hate most based on looks and story. They're like roaches, they multiply fast and eat your resources while destroying everything. And they need to be squashed.

I propose genocide against the goblins.

Probably my favorite race so far, so full of personality and punky charm. Their aggressively greedy nature is a little off-putting, but in a fantasy world it kind of works. Still, I like to think of my goblin hunter as being more 'sapper' orientated, rather than 'merchant' orientated, eh?

I love everythig about goblins. Their theme, their style, their appearance, their culture etc

....Except for two things

1. The vast majority of the characters are extremely one dimensional and are all the same. Maybe it's just because I'm an rper as well as a psychiatrist, but I actually want to explore the varied mindset of these people, see more examples of their people, learn more about what it would be like to be part of a "modern" anarcho-capitolist society in an otherwise primitive fantasy world. But no, we get the same spin on goblin society every time with the exact same short-sided greedy-for-the-sake-of-being-greedy fools with no real depth to them. I'm ok with most goblins being this way, but it seems like ALL of them are exactly the same. Just once I'd like to see a goblin who wholeheartedly believes in goblin culture and "values", who thinks their technological, capitolistic ways can benefit the world, rather than just their own pockets.

2. Their dialogue....good God. Dont get me wrong, I love the accent and the 80's / 90's slang they use, but sometimes it gets so freaking corny and grating. They sound like one of my friends from China who desperately tries to sound like an "american" by saying "yo that's wack" and "catch you on the flip side" *shudders*

But all QQing aside, I cant help but love the little bastards.
