Do you know how to have weakauras get the cooldown length. I want it to display how long it the current duration is (based on haste) for Wild Imps.

  2. #82
Under Display check the cooldown box. It'll show the current cooldown.

Alternately you could use %p under the display text.

Sorry, thought it would auto update. Here's how you do it:
    1. Uncheck Automatic Icon
    2. Type in "spell_fire_fireballgreen2" as the Display Icon
    3. Push "OK"
    4. Success!

So I just started using WA's and very easy. The only thing I can not figure out is how to make my buffs count up wards like DS, How would I get it count from 0 to 20 and not 20 - 0.

Not sure you can without custom code. I've looked around for some examples of how to do it and haven't been able to find any. You might find someone on the WoWAce forums that could figure out some LUA coding to do timers that count up instead of down but I really don't know if that's even possible.

I'm not sure if this goes here or in the general UI forum, but I'm trying to replicate something from Evrelia's video using WA and need some help as I'm still very new at using it:

    Video Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vzfW...AA4L6w&index=5

If you skip ahead to 2:23 in the video, you'll see he has a HUD type display with the number of molten core procs within it (there is also a funky animation once you are out of molten core procs as seen at ~3:33). Now I'm quite sure he is using Power Auras in this vid, but PA doesn't seem to want to work with ElvUI so I'm trying to find an equivalent solution within WA.

If anyone could please help me out that would be much appreciated

Would it be possible to get a weak aura for the "Mastermind" buff from Cha-Ye's Essence of Brilliance? Thanks in advance!

This is what i use, simple and easy:

I'm not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to get a WeakAuras bar for Burning Embers that works like the default UI? Where it tracks Emberbits but has delineations for each full Ember? All I've been able to get is a solid bar that grows and has the number of Emberbits on an icon at its end (e.g. 2.5 Embers = bar more than halfway full with 25 on icon at end).

Oh no, I mean is there a way to show what the cooldown would be according to current haste. Like what Sparkuggz says in his Demo video about Imp Swarm and haste.

That's exactly it Sakpoth! Thank you so much. Was this done through the GUI or is it all your custom code?

  15. #95
It's all custom code. It's basically 4 auras that each fill up seperatly.

Thanks for noticing that, I seem to have too hastily put it together without enough testing. I believe this should function properly:
    Code:

There was code on one of these Weak Aura threads where it had the resources as a bar instead of a single icon. Anyone happen to have that code saved? I beleive it was from about a week ago

    NVM I found it: http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...e-people-using

I know it isnt your code but you may want to post it here also as some people may prefer these styles of bars.

I usually do (and have). Been out of town the last few days, haven't been to the forums!

Edit: added a bunch of auras

It was a kind of old thread so you may have missed it. Love the thread tho.
