I haven't even seen the youtube video since there's no link... But I think I can safely guess that it's probably BGSpy. :3 If not, my bad, but that's the one I used for the same purpose.

I think he means the target debuff showing big atop of enemy's head + dispersion, IB, bubble, etc.

I'm more interested in the macro setup for his second overpower, if you watch closely at his bars when tfb procs his second overpower will swap into the cleave icon.

Anyone know how he does this??
