I'd personally look at adding an SSD if your budget can take it.

How much streaming and what kind of editing do you plan on doing?

Also, if you're going to get an SSD a month later... Just wait a month and get the SSD at the same time, unless you REALLY want to install windows twice.

Also, the Titan seems fun.. But unless you're doing something specific, it seems like a waste of money for $1000.

Your honestly wasting money if your planning to play at 1080p with that titan, it's overpriced as hell as for performance/price...
If it is your wanting to play at higher resolution then your better off getting 2x670 that should run better than the titan, heck even 2x660ti is better than the Titan.

So you are spending a grand on a gfx card that would be a waste unless you have 2560x1600 monitor (even then a 680 would be fine) or 5760x1080 triplescreen action (which again a 680 would be fine), but are not adding an SSD straight away? (which can be had for less than 100)

A mechanical HDD will the the bottleneck of your system. Even a single SSD would bottle neck it, you would want 2 in a raid imo

2x7970 Ghz Ed + SSD > stupid overpriced titan card IMO.
